Content Creator Marketplace: Digital content created by hired content creators will be delivered through the Growvix platform or via email as agreed upon in the service contract. 
 

3. Physical Services Delivery  

Promotional Video Shoots: For on-site video shoots and other physical services, our team will coordinate with you to schedule the service at a mutually convenient time. All equipment and personnel will be delivered to the specified location as per the service agreement. 

 

4. Delivery Timeframes 

Digital Content: Standard delivery times for digital content vary based on the complexity of the project but typically range from 2-5 business days. 

Physical Services: On-site services will be scheduled within 5-10 business days from the date of booking, subject to availability. 
 

5. Shipping Costs 

Digital Services: No shipping costs are applicable for digital services.  

Physical Services: Any travel or shipping costs for on-site services will be detailed in the service agreement and are typically included in the service fee unless otherwise specified. 
 

6. Delays and Issues We strive to meet all delivery timelines. In case of any delays or issues, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised delivery schedule.
